What does it cost to claim a place?
Nothing extra. Your place is claimed with your first booking: an apartment stay is paid in full, and a retreat place takes a $600 deposit.
Is there an ongoing fee?
No. To keep founder status, come back to the resort once a year, for a stay, the gym or a retreat. If a year goes by without a visit, we switch your founder code off.
What do founders save?
20% off every apartment stay, for life. Your founder code is personal to you: enter it when you book and the 20% comes off before you pay, on any apartment and any dates. It's one code per booking, so it doesn't combine with other codes.
Who can join?
Anyone. The first hundred people to register and book get a place, and once they're gone, they're gone.
Can I pass my place on?
No, your place and your code are yours. Anyone sharing your apartment with you still gets the 20%, though.
What if the opening date moves?
If a stay or a retreat can't go ahead on its dates because of construction, approvals or anything else outside our control, you choose: move to new dates at no extra cost, take a credit for everything you've paid, or take a full refund. Flights, insurance and visas aren't covered unless the law says otherwise.
